Please read the Prospective Student Information Sheet. Then if you are interested in the class do the following:

1. You will need to fill out a pre-signed BIMS 485 Form (located in the blue folder at the Wildlife Center). You will need to fill out your name, UIN number, local address, and phone number, as well as which semester you are taking the class. Also fill out the "hrs" section as 2 or 3 credits. Once you have completed this form please leave it on the counter.
2. Now you will need to add your name to the WEAC 485 Student Sign Up Sheet (the yellow form on the clipboard at the Wildlife Center). PLEASE be sure your name, email, and phone number are clearly legible so that we have a way to contact you about orientation and scheduling.
3. Now you will fill out a Wildlife Center Student Schedule Form (see the example schedule). This form should include your classes and weekly obligations, such as work. If you do not have your schedule finalized yet then as soon as you do, please get this form filled out and returned to the technician. (We need this to make a schedule for the semester to be sure all the shifts are covered). When you return this form, and no one is here, you can leave the form behind the screen door on the front porch.
4. Please chech your email regularly because the technician will email you with the date and time of the mandatory orientation meeting. This is normally held the Friday before the semester starts from 10 am to noon. BUT YOU WILL BE CONTACTED via email with the proper date and time of the orientation meeting, so watch for emails from exotic@cvm.tamu.edu. If you do not receive an email from us within 2 weeks prior to the semester please email or call us.
