Mike Willard graduated from Texas A&M in 1975, spent 2 years at Kansas State doing an internship and a Master's program, and then went to Michigan State as a resident, staying on as an assistant professor. He then was an assistant professor and an associate professor at Mississippi State University before going back to Michigan State as an associate professor in 1985. He returned to Texas in 1988 where he has been since. Mike has also consulted at a private referral practice in San Antonio.
