6: Note the relative paucity of the cytoplasmic organelles and the high nucleur to
cytoplasmic ratio.
8a: Examine a mature erythrocyte and reticulocyte. What organelles remain in the
latter? Look for both types of granules (specific and non-specific granules) in neutrophils and eosinophils.
8b: Golgi and many plasma membrane projects.
