107: Sertoli cells – irregular euchromatic nuclei with prominent central nucleolus, and germ cells – spherical or ovoid nuclei. Spermatocytes, most are primary. Near the lumen of the tubule are spermatids in various development phases.

112: Epididymis: Phagocyte macrophages in ductal lumen. Columnar and basal cells make up the pseudostratified columnar epithelium.

113: Efferent Ducts: sperm carried from rete testis to epididymis via these ducts. High and low columnar celled epithelium. Epididymis: Phagocyte macrophages in ductal lumen. Columnar and basal cells make up the pseudostratified columnar epithelium.

120: Ductus Deferens: Thick muscular wall. Stereocilia on luminal surface.

126: Collagenous connective tissue and smooth muscle. 2 ejaculatory ducts and single prostatic urethra. RER for protein secretion.

132: Dense connective tissue bands surrounding the cavernous connective tissue. Penial urethra.

136: Collagenous connective tissue and smooth muscle. 2 ejaculatory ducts and single prostatic urethra. RER for protein secretion.

137: Seminal vesicle: long and highly coiled. Pseudostratified columnar secretory epithelium resting on lamina propria. Collagenous connective tissue on wall of tube. RER.

278: Collagenous connective tissue and smooth muscle. 2 ejaculatory ducts and single prostatic urethra. RER for protein secretion.

279: Collagenous connective tissue and smooth muscle. 2 ejaculatory ducts and single prostatic urethra. RER for protein secretion.

280: Sertoli cells – irregular euchromatic nuclei with prominent central nucleolus, and germ cells – spherical or ovoid nuclei. Spermatocytes, most are primary. Near the lumen of the tubule are spermatids in various development phases.
