Bio-Tek synergy HT Microplate Reader
- Measures top and bottom epifluorescence, and/or absorbance or luminescence

- Fluorescence:300-650 nm,Emission: 300-700 nm,Luminescence: 300-700 nm.
- Absorbance:200 to 999 nm, tunable in 1 nm increments
- Has 4 excitation and 4 emission filters ranging from 360nm - 590nm and 460nm - 645nm respectively
- Temperature control up to 50° C
- Uses KC4T for windows software
