Through your donation to our Pet Memorial Program, you can memorialize a client or friend's beloved pet in a personal and meaningful way. By participating in this special program, you are supporting future academic excellence and clinical service advancements at the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. Friends and family who are animal-lovers may also be honored or remembered in this special way. After we receive your contribution and completed form, we will send a heartfelt letter acknowledging your thoughtful donation. Please use the form in this website, and designate how you would like your gift to be used. Pet memorial forms are also available for use by veterinary clinics. Many practitioners find pet memorials to be appreciated by their clients when they have lost a beloved pet. Clients are touched when their veterinarian takes the time to remember their pet in this special way, thus strengthening the veterinarian/client relationship.
