The following tests are perfomed:

• serum total T4 (canine and feline)
• TSH (canine)
• free T4 by equilibrium dialysis (canine and feline)
• serum cortisol (canine and feline)

Sample requirements:

• TT4,TSH, cortisols: each 200 μl of serum
• free T4: 400 μl of serum
