The College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University invites applications for multiple tenure track faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in its Signature Program in Reproductive Biology. Successful candidates will have outstanding academic and research records in one or more of the following areas: Molecular Endocrinology, Functional Genomics (reproduction), Reproductive Toxicology, Reproductive Immunology; Gamete/Embryo Physiology, or Stem Cell Biology. Primary criteria for appointment will be an outstanding publication record in peer-reviewed journals, demonstrated accomplishments in securing extramural grants, and evidence of successful teaching. It is anticipated that the successful candidates will participate in ongoing interdisciplinary teaching and research programs such as the Interdisciplinary Faculty of Reproductive Biology and/or the Center for Animal Biotechnology and Genomics and will establish a vigorous externally funded research program. Excellent infrastructure and resources for domestic and laboratory animal research as well as core laboratories are available. A pplicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in an area closely related to reproductive biology and have relevant postdoctoral experience or also hold a D.V.M. (or equivalent) degree.
