SOFTWARE AND INSTRUMENTATION
ABI 3130xl Genetic Analyzer
- All sequence products are separated and detected on an ABI 3130xl Genetic Analyzer
- 96- or 384-well plate format
- We accept reactions precipiated with column/ethanol methods or purified using BigDye XTerminator
- 16 samples per injection (approximately 45-60 minutes for sequences)
- 36-cm array with POP7 polymer capable of producing sequence reads up to 800-bp
- Analyze sequences produced with BigDye version 1.1 or BigDye version 3.1
Analysis/Viewing Software
NanoDrop ND-1000 Spectrophotomer
- A NanoDrop ND-1000 Spectrophotomer is available for customers to quantify DNA, primers, RNA, etc.
Savant SpeedVac
- A Savant SpeedVac is available for customers to precipitate sequence samples
