FTP Site Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FTP SITE
- Navigate to http://www.cvm.tamu.edu/dnacore/ftp
- Enter password (new customers: email derrlab@cvm.tamu.edu to request password)
- In the directory, select sequencing or fragment analysis (genotyping), depending on the type of sample submitted
- Results are posted by the last name of the person who submitted the samples
- In your folder, you will find zipped folders sorted by date
- Download the appropriate zipped folder to your local hard drive
- From your local hard drive, double click the zipped folder and view your results
- Free software is available to view your results. Go to the DNA sequencing or fragment analysis information pages for more information.
