Application for Admission
2008 - 2009 ACADEMIC YEAR ATTENTION ALL FUTURE APPLICANTS: Application deadline for admission into the Fall 2009 semester will be October 1, 2008. Information to aide applicants in determining residency status can be found on our eligibility page.

All applicants, both Texas and non-Texas residents, will be required to complete a Supplemental Form. The Supplemental Application can be found at: www.cvm.tamu.edu/applicantsite. You must apply through TMDSAS. Filling out this supplemental application does not make you eligible for acceptance into the Veterinary Program, it is only used for supplemental purposes.

Web application for entry year 2009 will be available on or around May 1, 2008. No paper applications will be available.

The deadline for submitting a completed application is October 1, 2008. Please do not hesitate to submit items prior to this deadline date. All transcripts must be submitted to TMDSAS by November 15, 2008. Transcripts released to students must be in a sealed institutional envelope with the registrar's signature across the seal. Failure to submit transcripts by this date could result in the disqualification of your application.

All applicants will be required to submit three evaluations directly to Texas Medical and Dental Schools Application Service. The selections committee highly recommends that all evaluators submit a letter of support along with each evaluation. The evaluations must be sealed in an envelope with the evaluators signature across the seal. Download Evaluation Form Here

Applicants must take the GRE no later than September 30, 2008. Scores must be submitted directly to Texas A&M University using the institution code #6812 (Texas A&M University-College of Veterinary Medicine). Failure to do so will disqualify the applicant for consideration during the current cycle. GRE scores prior to October 2002 cannot be used or considered.

All applicants must confirm their applicant information on the College of Veterinary Medicine Applicant Site (www.cvm.tamu.edu/applicantsite). The applicant confirmation page can be found at the menu at the top of the site. Application information must be confirmed by December 22nd.
